DIFOT, or Delivery In Full On Time, measures the share of a supplier's deliveries that arrived complete and on the committed date, with both conditions counted together. The conjunction is the point: a delivery that is on time but short does not count, and neither does one that is complete but late. It requires two clean inputs many organizations lack — the current committed date, not the original, and an accurately recorded receipt.
